ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 30 October 2020
on the amendment of the crisis measure published under No 432 / 2020 Coll.
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of Articles 5 (e) and 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 00: 00 on 31 October 2020
amend Government Resolution of 26 October 2020 No 1103, issued under No. 432 / 2020 Coll., as follows:
1. the following indents shall be added to point I / 1 after the last indent:
"- stone processing plants (e.g. the manufacture of monuments, tombstones and their installation),
- establishments (including mobile plants) with the sale of piety goods, such as wreaths, flower decorations for graves, piety candles, etc.; for such establishments there is no prohibition of sale in mobile establishments referred to in point I / 7, ';
2. in point I / 8, the semicolon at the end is replaced by a comma and the following point (f) is added:
"(f) establishments (including mobile plants) with the sale of piety goods, such as wreaths, flower decorations for graves, piety candles, etc., if they go for sale on Sundays between 05: 00 and 19: 59;"
