DECLARATION

amending Decree No 134 / 2001 Coll., on the labelling and registration of bovine, ovine and caprine animals
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Article 33 of Act No. 154 / 2000 Coll., on the breeding, breeding and registration of livestock and on the amendment of certain related laws (Breeding Act) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") for the implementation of Sections 22 (3) and 23 (7) of the Act:
Decree No. 134 / 2001 Coll., on the labelling and registration of bovine, ovine and caprine animals, is amended as follows:
1. In the second sentence of Article 17 (5), "paragraph 3 'is replaced by" paragraph 4'.
2. In the second sentence of Article 17 (10), "paragraph 3 'is replaced by" paragraph 4'.
3. In Article 27 (2), "Article 5 (1) and (2) 'is replaced by" Article 5 (1) and (3) (b)'.
4. In Article 27, the following paragraph 6 is added:
"(6) Sheep and goat born until 31 March 2002 shall be left with the indication of the existing means of identification, provided that it contains at least the identification number of the animal assigned by the person responsible for the central register of ovine and caprine animals.";
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
