amending and supplementing Decree No. 254 / 1992 of the Government of the Czech Republic Coll., on the salary ratios of prosecutors, prosecutors and legal candidates for the prosecution
The Government of the Czech Republic orders pursuant to § 23 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call duty in the budget and in some other organizations and bodies:
Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 254 / 1992 Coll., on salary ratios of prosecutors, prosecutors and legal candidates of the prosecution, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 3 (1) (d) reads as follows:
"(d) the exercise of military basic (substitute) and other services and civil services, 7) ';
(2) Paragraph 3 (1) shall be added to point (e) as follows:
"(e) maternity and other maternity leave, (8) a maximum of six years."
All periods counted according to the rules in force before that date shall be counted against the period of deductible practice on 1 May 1992.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
