The Government orders pursuant to § 123 (6) (a) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 365 / 2011 Coll., and § 145 (2) of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on Civil Service, and § 116 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service ratio of members of the Security Corps:

2. In point B of Part 1 of part 1.01 of the occupation 1.01.12 in the 13th grade, the words "relevant in the public service sector, where appropriate," and the words "social, educational," shall be inserted after the words "essential in the public service sector."
3. In point B of Part 1 of Part 1.04 of the occupation 1.04.08, the following point 8 is added in eighth grade:
"8. Ensuring the smooth supply and monitoring of the consumption of individual types of energy in organisations with a stable and uniform collection."
4. In point B of Part 1 of Part 1.04 of the occupation 1.04.08, the following point 9 is added in Grade 9:
"9. Ensuring and coordinating the collection and consumption of energy in a larger number of organisations or organisations with large quantities of different types of energy taken. Setting up an energy management system within an organisation or organisation. Ensuring compliance with customer discipline and energy consumption regulation and emergency operating arrangements for accidents and other incidents. 5. In point B of Part 1 of Part 1.04 of the occupation 1.04.08, the following point 13 is added in the 10th grade:

Design of energy management tools and measures. Monitoring compliance with statutory energy management obligations by an organisation or several organisations. 6. In point B of Part 1 of Part 1.04 of the occupation 1.04.08, in the 11th grade, the following point 13 is added:
"13. Conceptual activity in the field of energy management in the organisation, coordination of preparation and implementation of investments in energy management. Design and coordination of implementation of energy management concepts, tools and measures in the organisation or organisation. ';
7. In point B of Part 2 of Section 2.02 of the occupation 2.02.01 of the 8th grade, the words "the Registry or 'shall be deleted from point 1.
8. In point B (2) of Part 2.02 of the occupation 2.02.01 of the 8th grade, point 2 is replaced by the following:

9. The following point 4 shall be added to point B (2) of Part 2.02 of the occupation 2.02.01 in the eighth grade:

10. In point B of Part 2 of occupation 2.02.01 in 9th grade, point 1 is replaced by the following:
"1. A separate allocation of cases, in accordance with the schedule of the Court's work on the basis of a legal assessment of the content of the proposals and actions with personal responsibility for the consistent respect of the constitutional principle of the legal judge or supervision of the implementation of the system of allocation of cases to prosecutors and the comprehensive provision of the administration of the judicial or prosecutors' offices, including the methodological management of judicial departments or prosecutors' departments with personal responsibility for the compliance with the laws and internal rules governing the administration of the judicial or prosecutors' offices, including the provision of the completeness and registration of judicial files or of prosecutors' files in the course of judicial proceedings and the training of the staff of the judicial departments or of the prosecutors' departments.
11. The following points 8 and 9 are added to point B (2) of Part 2.02 of the occupation 2.02.01 of the 9th grade:

12. In Section 2.02.01 of Part 2 of Section 2.02 of the occupation in the 10th grade, in Section 1, the word "supervision 'is replaced by the word" supervision', the word "offices' is replaced by the word" separation 'and the words "lower grades' are replaced by" procedural rules'.
13. In point B of Part 2 of Section 2.02 of the occupation 2.02.01, point 1 of the 11th grade is deleted.
Points 2 and 3 shall become points 1 and 2.
14. In Section 2.08 of Section 2.08.01 of Section B, in the sixth grade, the words "provision of social assistance in the exercise of rights, legitimate interests and provision of personal affairs' shall be added to point 1. Implementation of partial social depistases under the guidance of a social worker and psychological activity of clients, social-care (educational) work with children. Intermediate contacts with the social environment 'is deleted.
15. The following point 5 shall be added to point B (2) of Part 2.08 of the occupation 2.08.01 in the sixth grade:
"5. 16. The following point 5 shall be added to point B (2) of Part 2.08 of the occupation 2.08.01 in the seventh grade:

17. The following point 5 is added to point B (2) of Part 2.08 of the occupation 2.08.01 in the eighth grade:
"5. Comprehensive coordination and comprehensive provision of direct service and basic educational non-teaching activities in the framework of the provision of social care services."
18. The following points 19 to 21 are added to point B (2) of Part 2.10 of the occupation 2.10.01 of the 11th grade:
'19. Comprehensive coordination of infringement proceedings.

19. In the second part of Section 2.10 of the Occupation 2.10.30 of the 10th grade, the words "the administration of the National Park and the Czech Nature and Landscape Protection Agency" are added at the end of the text of point 4.
20. In the second part of Section 2.10 of the occupation 2.10.30 of the 11th grade, the words "the administration of the national park and the Agency for the Conservation of the Nature and Landscape of the Czech Republic" shall be added at the end of the text in point 2.

5th Grade
1. 2.19.02 AUTOPTIC LABORANT
5th Grade

2.19.03 HEALTH TRANSPORT ROAD, HEALTH SAFEGUARD ROAD
5th Grade

1. Providing partial performance of specific nursing care when providing pre-hospital emergency care under professional supervision.

5th Grade

6th grade
1. The implementation of more complex performance of basic and specialised nursing care in patients or social services clients with reduced mobility or immobile, incontinent, with serious changes in mental status, possibly with severe disability, assistance in carrying out nursing, diagnostic and medical performance in particular demanding specialised nursing procedures and / or participation in the provision of game and educational activities of children in the provision of health care.
7th Grade

7th Grade
1. Providing specific nursing care to ensure patients' nutritional needs in the field of preventive and therapeutic nutrition, carrying out activities in the dietary feeding section in the framework of the implementation of the nursing process, such as drawing up a diet plan, monitoring and evaluation of patient needs in the field of therapeutic nutrition.
8th Grade
1. Education of individuals, families and groups in the field of healthy nutrition and therapeutic nutrition and the compilation of individual food plans, including calculations of biological and energy diets in patients with uncomplicated illness under professional supervision.
2.19.10 ORTOTIC-PROTETIC TECHNICAL
7th Grade
1. Making ortho aids and performing basic training of their use and maintenance.
8th Grade
1. Education of individuals in the area of appropriate species and modification of ortho aids and basic training of their use and maintenance under professional supervision and in accordance with a diagnosis established by the doctor.
2.19.11 LABORATORY ASISTENT
7th Grade
1. Identification of samples of biological material, evaluation of their quality for the laboratory tests required and their handling under professional supervision.
8th Grade
1. Perform non-invasive biological material sampling, venous and capillary blood sampling, and perform basic laboratory measurements and examinations under professional supervision.
2.19.12 PRACTIC NURSE
7th Grade
1. Implementation of professional medical documentation and accounting activities, for example in medical equipment file rooms.
8th Grade
1. Implementation of partial performance of basic nursing care.
9. grade
1. Providing basic nursing care under the nursing plan.
2. Provision of specialised nursing care under the nursing plan under professional supervision.

2.19.13 GENERAL NURSE
Grade 10
1. Planning of nursing care in the form of a nursing process.

3. The implementation of basic health education of patients as well as the lay public in the field of health protection and promotion and in nursing procedures.
4. Ensuring comprehensive sterilisation process including monitoring at central sterilization.
5. Providing highly specialised nursing care under professional supervision.
11th grade
1. Provision of nursing care for which it is necessary to obtain specialised or specific competence.
2. Implementation of specialised diagnostic, therapeutic, nursing or rehabilitation procedures and performance, particularly demanding in terms of increased risk to the patient or in terms of technological performance, the performance of which requires the acquisition of specialised or specific competence.
3. Preparation and operation of instrumentation in operating rooms or specialised diagnostic or therapeutic workplaces, instrumentation in operational diagnostic and therapeutic performance for which it is necessary to obtain specialised or specific competence.
4. The implementation of the education of patients of all ages and persons designated by them, or other persons in specialised nursing procedures in the context of hospitalisation and preparation for the provision of care in the natural social environment, or prior to diagnostic and therapeutic performance, including the preparation of information materials for which the acquisition of specialised or specific competence is necessary.
5. The organisation and coordination of activities of non-medical health professionals and the provision of inter-branch cooperation, the quality of care and the safety of patients within the organisational units for which it is necessary to obtain specialised or specific competence.
12th Grade
1. Separate implementation of the most demanding highly specialised nursing and medical performance, such as care for risk newborns on the basis of specialised competence in closely specialised workplaces, which are highly demanding in terms of implementation techniques and potential risks for the patient.
2. Separate implementation and evaluation of diagnostic highly specific examinations in clinical fields, such as pletysmographic methods, holters, ultrasonic or urodynamic examinations, which require specialised competence.
3. The establishment of a key strategy and concept for nursing care or the design of the preparation and implementation of health promotion projects, including the concept of health education, lifelong training of healthcare workers, methodological guidance of nursing care within the field or healthcare establishment, including ensuring its implementation and control, the introduction of a system of quality care and patient safety in the healthcare establishment. Application of research and development results in the field of nursing care to clinical practice in your own workplace as well as in the field of which it is necessary to obtain specialised competence.
4. Ensuring and carrying out lifelong learning of general nurses, including specialisation training in the field of relevant specialisation, which requires the acquisition of specialised competence.

1. Planning of nursing care in childbirth assistance.
2. Providing, or providing, nursing care in childbirth assistance and giving advice to women during pregnancy, childbirth and in six Sundays, provided they take place physiologically. Management of physiological delivery, care of physiological newborn babies, diagnosis of pregnancy and preparation of parents for operational performance. Performing advisory activities in the field of reproductive health and planned parenthood, sexually transmitted diseases, epidemiological protection and sexual abuse. 4. Education of pregnant women, women under the sixth week of childbirth and gynaecological patients in specialised nursing procedures or prior to diagnostic and therapeutic performance, including the preparation of information materials for which specific or specific competence is required.
12th Grade
1. Separate implementation of the most demanding highly specialised tasks including care of the risk or pathological newborn in the birthing hall in closely specialised workplaces, which are highly demanding in terms of implementation technique, possible risk to the patient and assessment of the patient's condition, which require the acquisition of specialised competence
2. Separate implementation and evaluation of diagnostic highly specific examinations in midwife assistance, which require the acquisition of specialised competence.
3. The establishment of a key strategy and conception of childcare in the field or the design and implementation of health promotion projects, including the concept of a health education strategy, lifelong training of health professionals, methodological guidance of childcare in the field or in the healthcare establishment, including the provision of its implementation and control, the introduction of a system of quality of care and safety of patients in medical institutions or within the relevant field or in a larger organisation, the application of research and development results in the field of nursing to clinical practice in its own workplace and within the field of performance of which it is necessary to obtain specialised competence.
4. Ensuring and carrying out lifelong training of midwives, including specialisation training in the field of relevant specialisation, which requires the acquisition of specialised competence.
2.19.15 ERGOTERAPEUT
Grade 10
1. Execution of ergotherapeutic operations, evaluation in the field of the working and interest activities of the patient or the client of social services including basic kinesiological and biomechical analyses.
2. Performing an ergotherapeutic examination aimed at analysing the activities of a patient or a client of social services, evaluating sensomotor, mobility and locomotive, indicative examination of cognitive functions in relation to analysis of routine daily activities. Implementation of training in the field of work activities in the context of the physical and social environment.
3. Consultancy and briefing in the field of prevention of occupational diseases and modification of the working and home environment, application of principles of ergonomics in primary and secondary prevention of musculoskeletal disorders.
11th grade
1. The development of complex specialised ergotherapeutic analyses using standardised assessment tools, drawing up long-term ergotherapy plans based on ergotherapeutic examinations, analysis of damaged and residual functions in patients in individual clinical disciplines whose specific or specific competence is needed.
2. Education in specialised ergotherapeutic procedures or quality assessment of the provision of ergotherapy care, which requires the acquisition of specialised or specific competence.
12th Grade
1. Preparation of standards of specialised procedures in the field of ergotherapy, methodological guidance of ergotherapy within a healthcare facility, establishing a strategy for the education and further education of ergotherapists and applying research and development results to clinical practice in their own workplace and in the field of ergotherapy, which require the acquisition of specialised competence to perform.
2. Ensuring and carrying out lifelong learning of ergotherapists, including specialisation training in the field of relevant specialisation, which requires the acquisition of specialised competence.
2.19.16 RADIOLOGICAL ASISTENT
Grade 10
1. Implementation of basic imaging and therapeutic performance in radiodiagnostic, radiation oncology and nuclear medicine, provision of specific nursing care.
2. Evaluation and correction of projection and exposure deviations of X-rays, processing of the necessary image documentation, assistance in skiascopic-skiagical examinations.
11th grade
1. Implementation of specialised imaging and therapeutic performance in radiodiagnostic, radiation oncology and nuclear medicine, which require the acquisition of specialised or specific competence.
2. The implementation of education in specific procedures in radiodiagnostic, radiation oncology and nuclear medicine, which requires the acquisition of specialised or specific competence.
12th Grade
1. Implementation of the most demanding specialised diagnostic and therapeutic performance in radiodiagnostic, radiation oncology and nuclear medicine, which requires the acquisition of specialised competence, e.g. standardization of examination protocols of individual modality, post-processing processing of basic analyses and image and quantitative data.
2. Continuous supervision of compliance with radiation protection requirements as a supervising person or as a person with direct responsibility for radiation protection in radiological centres, methodological guidance of the field of radiology, application of research and development results to clinical practice in his or her own workplace and in the field of radiology, whose performance requires the acquisition of specialised competence.
3. Ensuring and carrying out lifelong training of radiological assistants, including specialisation training in the field of relevant specialisation, which requires the acquisition of specialised competence.
2.19.17 HEALTH LABORANT
Grade 10
1. Carrying out laboratory tests and measurements, evaluation of the quality of samples of biological material, manufacture of preparations and further processing of materials necessary for laboratory diagnostic activities, carrying out blood and other biological material, working with complex laboratory techniques, evaluation of results from blood element analysers, production of transfusion products, carrying out special sampling and testing of environmental and work environment samples in connection with the protection and promotion of public health.
11th grade
1. Performing specialised laboratory tests and measurements for the performance of which it is necessary to obtain specialised or specific competence, such as immunohaematologic, immunohistochemical, immunofluorescence and immunochromatographic tests, liquid chromatography methods, flow cytometry, multiplex and biochip methods, molecular genetic and cytogenetic tests, special coagulation methods, determination of substance levels, testing of samples of environmental and workplace constituents and field measurements, cytomorphological evaluation of peripheral blood and electrophoresis pathology.
2. Ensuring internal and external control of the quality of laboratory methods and the introduction of new laboratory methods and their validation, carrying out statistical evaluations which require the acquisition of specialised competence.
12th Grade
1. Establishing a key strategy for laboratory activity, preparing the standards of specialised procedures in the field, applying research and development results to clinical practice in its own workplace as well as within the field of which it is necessary to obtain specialised competence.
2. Ensuring and carrying out lifelong training of health technicians, including specialisation training in the field of relevant specialisation, which requires the acquisition of specialised competence.
3. Separate implementation of the most demanding highly specialised laboratory tests, such as NGS sequencing, electron microscopy, bone marrow coating evaluation, cytochemical coloring, chromatographic and mass spectrometry, determination of molecular markers of hemostasis, production of immunomodulators.
