amending Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended
According to Section 119 (6) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides:
Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Decree No. 507 / 2005 Coll., No. 452 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 340 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 101 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 444 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Article 27 shall be deleted, including the title.
2. In the second sentence of Paragraph 31, "27 'is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
