DECLARATION
of 19 December 2011
amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of the copy or copy with the instrument and on the authentication of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (b), the word" Habří' shall be inserted after the word "Dynín, 'and the word" Libnič' shall be inserted after the word "Libnič '.
2. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (k), the word" Čehnice,' is inserted after the word "Čejetice, 'and the word" Nihošovice' is inserted after the word "Nihošovice '.
3. in the part "Jihočeské kraj ', point (l), the words" Radimovice u Želče' shall be inserted after the words "Radenín, ';
4. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (m), the word" Mladošovice' is inserted after the word "Ločenice '.
5. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (a), the word" Luba' is inserted after the word "Lipovka, 'and the word" Vysočany' is inserted after the word "Divinity ';
6. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (j), the word" Skoronice' is inserted after the word "Ostrovany ';
