DECLARATION
of 11 December 2008
on the method of external identification of the inspector, the model of the inspection service card, the model of the vehicle identification of the inspection and the method of demonstration of competence
The Ministry of Interior provides according to § 106 paragraph 3 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic:
Method of external identification of the inspector
(1) The external designation of the inspector is:
(a) the inscription "INSPECTION POLICE," which shall consist of white letters on a dark or green ground, placed at the front on the left of the chest and on the back of the service jacket or service coat,
(b) the inscription "INSPECTION POLICE," which consists of yellow letters on a black base, placed on the back of a service vest; or
(c) the inscription "INSPECTION POLICE," which consists of black letters placed on a white sleeve.
(2) The models of the service jacket, the service jacket, the service vest and the sleeves bearing the inscription referred to in paragraph 1 are shown in Annex 1.
Demonstration of a service card
(1) The inspection shall be carried out by means of an inspection card.
(2) The model of the inspection service card is shown in Annex 2.
Inspection of service vehicles
(1) The service vehicle may be marked on the front and side sides with the inscription "INSPECTION POLICE," which consists of black letters on a white background.
(2) In the case of a service vehicle parked, the marking referred to in paragraph 1, placed behind the windscreen, is sufficient.
(3) The model of the inscription on the service vehicle is shown in Annex 3.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2009.
