DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture
of 5 December 2001
amending Decree No. 287 / 1999 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., on animal health requirements for animal products
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 21 (6) (a) and § 75 (3) of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act):
Decree No 287 / 1999 Coll., on animal health requirements for animal products, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 32 (3), the word "overcooked 'is deleted.
2. In Section 63, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) An investigation into meat and bovine organs aged 30 months or more and of meat and bovine organs aged 24 months or more slaughtered by the necessary slaughter 14a) involves an investigation into the spongiform encephalopathy of bovine animals (BSE).
14a) § 3 (1) (t) of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act). '
3. in Article 69 (1) (a):

| skot starý 24 měsíců a více poražený nutnou porážkou | 1 500,- Kč, | |
| tele | 6,- Kč.“. |
4. In Annex No 2, Article 1 (b), the word "immunological," and the word "antigens," shall be inserted after the word "presence."
5. In Article 2 (a) of Annex 2, the semicolon is replaced by a comma at the end of point 7 and the following point 8 is added:
"8. a sample of the prolonged spinal cord from the brain stem; '
6. Annex 5 (A) (V. 1) shall read as follows:

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2002.
