amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 243 / 1992 Coll., adjusting certain issues relating to Act No. 229 / 1991 Coll., on the treatment of property relations with land and other agricultural property, as amended by Act No. 93 / 1992 Coll.
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 243 / 1992 Coll., which regulates certain issues relating to Act No. 229 / 1991 Coll., on the treatment of property relations with land and other agricultural property, as amended by Act No. 93 / 1992 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 9, the words "or withdrawn 'shall be inserted after the words" live and dead inventory' and the words "as well as inventory 6 'shall be inserted.
2. Paragraph 9 is renumbered paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) If the successor cannot be designated in accordance with paragraph 1, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic shall, in administrative proceedings, decide that a legal person who used the land of the beneficiary on the date of application of the Soil Act is required to provide compensation for the live and dead inventory carried or withdrawn.
3. in Paragraph 10, point (h) shall be deleted and the current text shall become paragraph 1.
4. In Article 10, the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) In order to cover the necessary costs associated with the valuation of 15), the county property offices are responsible."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
