DECLARATION

establishing the highest area of land managed by the family farm
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to § 2j (2) (b) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 331 / 2025 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':
Determination of soil area
The highest possible area of land under Section 2j (2) (b) of the Act is 1000 ha.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
