GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 November 2021
amending Government Regulation No 318 / 2013 Coll., establishing a national list of European sites of importance, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Sections 45a (2) and 45c (4) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 318 / 2013 Coll., on the establishment of a national list of European sites of importance, as amended by Government Regulation No. 73 / 2016 Coll., Government Regulation No. 207 / 2016 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 29 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Annex No 8 shall be deleted;
2. Annex 59 shall read as follows:
