DECLARATION
of 20 December 2016
amending the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and fixing the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 (1) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
Basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of the basic compensation for 1 km of driving provided for in Section 157 (4) of the Labour Code shall be at least:
a) single-track vehicles and tricycles 1.10 CZK,
b) passenger road motor vehicles CZK 3.90.
Disgusting
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance provided for in Article 163 (1) of the Labour Code, at least at the rate of:
a) 72 CZK, if the work trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 109 CZK, if the journey lasts more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 171 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
For each calendar day of business travel, the staff member shall be entitled to the allowance in accordance with Section 176 (1) of the Labour Code,
a) 72 CZK to 86 CZK, if the work trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 109 CZK to 132 CZK, if the journey lasts for more than 12 hours, but no more than 18 hours,
c) 171 CZK to 205 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
Average fuel price
The average price per litre of fuel according to § 158 (3) of the Third Labour Code is:
(a) CZK 29.50 for automotive gasoline 95 octane,
b) CZK 32.50 for car gasoline 98 octane,
(c) CZK 28.60 for diesel.
Decree No. 385 / 2015 Coll., amending the basic rate of refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and determining the average price of fuel for the provision of travel refunds, is hereby repealed.
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
