DECLARATION
of 19 December 2011
amending Decree No 388 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of the administrative districts of municipalities entrusted with the municipal authority and the administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Section 3 of Act No. 314 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of municipalities with entrusted municipal office and the determination of municipalities with extended scope:
Decree No. 388 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended by Decree No. 388 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 361 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 486 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 316 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In § 6, the words "Lower Lutyna," shall be inserted after the words "the municipality of Bohumín," in the administrative district of the municipality of Bohumín. "
2. In Article 6, the words "Lower Lutyna," shall be deleted from the administrative district of the municipality with the municipal authority Orlová.
3. In § 19, the words "Lower Lutyna," shall be inserted after the words "Bohumín Municipality," in the administrative district of Bohumín. "
4. In Section 19, in the administrative district of Orlová, the words "Lower Lutyna," are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
