ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 2 March 2022
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 147 of 2 March 2022, by which the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Law No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic due to migration waves of large scale in the Czech Republic and within the meaning of § 5 (b), (c), (e) and (f) and § 6 (1) (c) and (d), § 6 (2) (b), and § 6 (2) (g) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and Amendment of Certain Laws (Crisis Act), as amended, to adopt a crisis measure, by virtue of § 6 (2) of the Crisis Act.
Government
With effect from 4 March 2022, from 00: 00, the Police of the Czech Republic shall grant and mark the citizens of Ukraine who fulfil the grounds for granting a special type of visa to stay more than 90 days for the purpose of enduring residence in the Czech Republic within the meaning of § 33 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, a visa sticker marked D / VS / U or make a record of the granting of this visa.
