Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 3 March 2015
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 2 February 2015 and 27 February 2015:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2015, concluded on 15 January 2015
between Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of woodworking industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic, Czech-Moravian trade union
and
Association of the Czech Paper Industry.
2. Collective contract of higher degree 2015 - 2016, concluded on 14 January 2015
between Contracting Parties
KOVO Trade Union
and
Czech Moravian Electrical Association.
3. Collective contract of higher degree 2015 - 2016, concluded on 15 December 2014
between Contracting Parties
KOVO Trade Union
and
The Union of Employers' Unions of the Czech Republic.
4. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1 January 2015 - 31 December 2016,
concluded on 15.1.2015 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
5. Collective contract of higher degree 2015 - 2016, concluded on 28 January 2015
between Contracting Parties
Union of glass, ceramics and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
6. Appendix 3 to the Collective Higher Level Contract for the period from 1 July 2012 - 30 June 2016,
concluded on 18 December 2014 between the Contracting Parties
Union of money and insurance workers
and
A union of banks and insurance companies.
