DECLARATION
of 2 February 2012
amending Decree No 512 / 2002 Coll., on the special competence of officials of local and local authorities, as amended
According to Article 42 of Act No. 312 / 2002 Coll., on officials of local authorities and amending certain laws, the Ministry of Interior provides for the implementation of Article 21 of this Act:
Decree No. 512 / 2002 Coll., on the special competence of officials of local authorities, as amended by Decree No. 41 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 273 / 2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1), the following point (e) is inserted after point (d):
"(e) when administrative decisions are taken on registration operations in the field of road vehicles,"
Points (e) to (dd) shall be renumbered as points (f) to (ee).
2. In the Annex to the Decree in the "Ministry of Transport 'section, the following section is inserted after the section" In administrative decisions on driving licences and driving licences':

| při správním rozhodování o registračních úkonech v oblasti provozu silničních vozidel | zákon č. 56/2001 Sb., o podmínkách provozu vozidel na pozemních komunikacích, ve znění pozdějších předpisů; – rozhodování o zápisu silničního vozidla do registru vozidel, – provádění zápisu údajů zapisovaných v registru vozidel a jejich změn, – provádění zápisu údajů v technickém průkazu silničního vozidla a jejich změn, – rozhodování o trvalém a dočasném vyřazení silničního vozidla z provozu, – postup v případě ztráty, zničení, poškození nebo odcizení technického průkazu silničního motorového vozidla a přípojného vozidla, osvědčení o registraci silničního motorového vozidla a přípojného vozidla nebo tabulky registrační značky. |
3. In the Annex to the Decree in the section "Ministry of Agriculture ', under the heading" Agriculture, hunting and forestry', in the column "At the level of the Regional Office and municipal authorities with extended scope: - the granting of exemptions for the exercise of fishing law, the setting of fishing guards and the issue of fishing tickets', the words" At the level of the Regional Office, the municipal authorities with extended scope and the entrusted municipal authorities: - the granting of exemptions for the exercise of fishing law, the setting of fishing guards and the issue of fishing tickets' are replaced by the words "At the level of the Regional Office, the municipal authorities with extended scope and the entrusted municipal authorities: - the granting of exemptions for the exercise of fishing law, the establishment of fishing guards and the issue of fishing tickets'.
Transitional provision
Officials who, on the date of entry into force of this Order, carry out administrative activities in administrative decisions on road vehicle registration operations shall demonstrate their specific competence within 18 months of the date of entry into force of this Order.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2012.
