GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 23 February 2011

amending Government Regulation No 564 / 2006 Coll., on the remuneration of public service and administration employees, as amended

According to § 123 (6) (g) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 347 / 2010 Coll.:

Čl. I

Government Decree No. 564 / 2006 Coll., on the remuneration of employees in public services and administration, as amended by Government Decree No. 74 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 130 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 201 / 2009 Coll. and Government Decree No. 381 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Paragraph 4 (8), "5 'is replaced by" 6'.

2. In Paragraph 4 (10), "5 'is replaced by" 6'.

3. In Article 5, the words "unless otherwise specified in paragraph 4 'shall be added at the end of the text of paragraph 3.

4. In Section 5, the following paragraph 4 is added:

"(4) Staff members who are doctors or dentists (18d) providing health care at a hospital or emergency care facility shall be entitled to a salary fare determined in accordance with the scale of the rates set out in Annex 4 to this Regulation."

Footnote 18d reads:

"18d) § 2 (b) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll. '.

Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall become paragraphs 5 and 6.

5. In Paragraph 5 (5), "4 'is replaced by" 5'.

6. In Article 5 (6), "5 'is replaced by" 6'.

7. In Paragraph 8 (1), "6 'is replaced by" 7'.

8. the following Annex 4 is inserted after Annex 3:
