DECLARATION
of 6 February 2008
amending Decree No 222 / 1995 of the Ministry of Transport Coll., on waterways, navigation in ports, common accidents and the transport of dangerous goods, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 52 of Act No. 114 / 1995 Coll., on Inland Navigation, as amended by Act No. 358 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 118 / 2004 Coll.:
In Section 28 of Decree No 222 / 1995 Coll., on waterways, navigation in ports, common accident and transport of dangerous goods, as amended by Decree No 423 / 2005 Coll., the following point 11 is added:
"11. Port of Whistles
The port consists of a water area defined on the surface of the southeastern part of the water area of the Grand Urnosek along the coastal plots No 45 / 16, 45 / 87, 45 / 90, 45 / 91, 45 / 92, 45 / 93, 45 / 94, 45 / 7, 114 / 9, 114 / 23 and 121 in k. u. The entrance to the port from the laban waterway is in the river km 52,85 and continues according to the navigational marking on the water surface of the Grand Nunosecky. "
This Decree takes effect on 15 February 2008.
