Ministry of Industry and Trade
of 21 February 1997
issuing a general import licence for controlled goods
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides, pursuant to Section 16 (2) of Act No. 21 / 1997 Coll., on the control of exports and imports of goods and technology subject to international control regimes:
On the basis of this general licence, goods listed in Annex No 1 to the Ordinance may be imported from all States without restriction from controlled goods (1), as defined by the Specific Ordinance (2), provided that the importer provides a declaration during the customs procedure that the goods are imported for exclusive use in the territory of the Czech Republic and will not serve for the production, development, accumulation or use of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons. The model of that declaration is set out in Annex 2.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
