supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and of the Ministry of Justice No. 62 / 1964 Coll., which issues implementing regulations for the Act on the Development of Plant Production
The Ministry of Agriculture provides in agreement with the Ministry of Justice pursuant to § 39 of Act No. 61 / 1964 Coll., on the development of plant production:
Decree No 62 / 1964 Coll., which gives effect to the Act on the Development of Plant Production, is added as follows:
1. The following points 7, 8 and 9 are inserted after point 6:
| „7. virus bronzovitosti rajčete | Tomato spotted wilt virus |
| 8. spála růžovitých rostlin | Erwinia amylovora (Burrill) Winslow et al. |
| 9. virus nekrotické žluté žilkovitosti řepy | Beet necrotic yellow vein virus“. |
2. In Annex No 1, LIST OF TRAVELS OF THE INTERNAL CARANTENES OF Part B. Animal pests I. Field and garden pests, the following points 8, 9, 10 and 11 are inserted after point 7:
| „8. vrtalka | Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) |
| 9. vrtalka | Liriomyza huidobrensis (Blanchard) |
| 10. vrtalka | Liriomyza bryoniae (Kaltenbach) |
| 11. molice bavlníková | Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius)“. |
3. In Annex No 2, the following point 42 is inserted after point 41:
| „42. Bolševník velkolepý | Heracleum mantegazzianum Somm. et. Lev“. |
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
