adjusting the conditions for granting loans with a national contribution to young spouses
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 7 of the legal measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 14 / 1973 Coll., on the granting of loans with a state contribution to young spouses:
Loans with a State contribution to young spouses (hereinafter referred to as "loans') may be granted up to 50 000 Kčs; the total of loans for the acquisition of an apartment and for the installation of an apartment may not exceed that amount. 1)
The maturity of the loans shall not exceed 15 years. At the request of the spouse (citizen) at the time of the birth of each child after the conclusion of the loan agreement, the State savings bank which granted the loan may authorise the deferral of the repayment for up to one year, even if the 15-year maturity is extended. 2)
The sum of the average net monthly income from, or a proportion similar to, the employment of other gainful activities regularly carried out, the work of the single agricultural cooperative, the cash benefits of sickness insurance replacing wages, invalidity and partial invalidity pensions and the student scholarships of both spouses shall not exceed in the calendar year preceding the conclusion of the loan agreement 6000 Kčs.3)
The spouses or citizens who have entered into a loan agreement before the entry into force of this Regulation and fulfil the conditions for granting loans pursuant to § 2 of the legal measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No 14 / 1973 Coll., as amended by § 3 of this Regulation, may conclude a further loan agreement; The total of all loans granted may not exceed 50 000 Kčs.1) The maturity of this new loan shall not exceed 15 years. 2)
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1987.
