Slovak National Council
of 26 April 1967
on the organisation and content of the management bodies of the Slovak National Council in the field of agriculture and nutrition
The Slovak National Council decided on this law:
(1) The Commission is hereby established the Slovak National Council for Agriculture and Nutrition.
(2) The Commission of the Slovak National Agriculture Council and the Commission of the Slovak National Food Industry Council are hereby repealed. their competence shall be transferred to the Commission by the Slovak National Council for Agriculture and Nutrition.
(1) In the field of agriculture and nutrition, the representative of the Slovak National Council for Agriculture and Nutrition is active.
(2) The delegates of the Slovak National Council for Agriculture and Nutrition are transferred to the responsibility entrusted to them by the delegates of the Slovak National Council for Agriculture, the delegates of the Slovak National Council for the Food Industry and the Regional Administration of the Purchase of Agricultural Products.
The executive apparatus of the Slovak National Council and its bodies in the field of agriculture and nutrition is entrusted to the Slovak National Council for Agriculture and Nutrition.
Unless otherwise provided for in this Act, the authorities of the Slovak National Council, mentioned in this Act, are covered by the Act of the Slovak National Council No. 124 / 1964 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure and Conditions of Employment of the Slovak National Council.
This Act shall take effect on the date of approval of the Slovak National Council.
