on the repeal of Decree No 57 / 1961 Coll., on the purchase of empty canning glasses
The Ministry of Internal Trade provides pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 160 / 1949 Coll., on Internal Trade:
Decree No. 57 / 1961 Coll., on the purchase of empty canning glasses is hereby repealed. *)
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

*) IMRA Conservative glasses and semi-litre and litre cucumbers will continue to be redeemed as raw material for the glass industry, or for other purposes only the plants of the Collective raw materials at normal prices for glass cullet; the purchase from canteens and non-market customers is regulated by a separate order in connection with the takeover of vegetable products from the 1963 harvest.
