Government Regulation
of 15 May 1951
repealing the Central and Office for Domestic Work and the Central and Circular Works Commission.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 paragraph 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
§ 1.
The Home Labor and Home Labor Office Centre, established pursuant to Government Decree No. 261 / 1942 Coll., on Home Labor, and the Central and District Commission on Home Labor, established under Act No. 29 / 1920 Coll., on the modification of the working and wage conditions of domestic labour, shall be abolished and their scope shall cease.
§ 2.
Provisions contrary to this Regulation shall be repealed.
§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1951; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Labour and Social Welfare in agreement with participating members of the Government.
