GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 October 2025
on the declaration of certain cultural monuments for national cultural monuments
The Government orders pursuant to § 4 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Monument Care:
Declaration of certain cultural monuments for national cultural monuments
(1) The following cultural monuments are declared national cultural monuments:
a) in the capital of Prague
1. Montenegro Palace,
2. Tuscan Palace,
3. Schwarzenberg Palace,
4. Salm Palace,
5. Sternberg Palace,
6. Archbishop's Palace,
7. Nose Palace,
8. Colloredo-Mansfeld Palace,
9. Clam-Gallas Palace,
(b) in the Central Bohemian Region
1. Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and St. John the Baptist in Sedlce near Kutná Hora,
2. All Saints' Cave Chapel with a skeleton in Sedlec near Kutná Hora,
c) in the Pilsen region Church of Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary and St. Ignatius with catacombs and building of Latin school in Klatovy,
d) in the Pardubice region of Castle Moravská Trebová.
(2) The location, description and spatial identification of the national cultural monuments referred to in paragraph 1 are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Condition of protection of national cultural monuments
The extent of the built-up areas, the shape of the terrain and, where appropriate, the height level and composition of the building shall not change if the cultural value of the national cultural monument is damaged.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
