DECLARATION
of 20 December 2023
amending Decree No. 220 / 2007 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Education Act for Schools and Schools set up by the Ministry of Defence, as amended
The Ministry of Defence provides, pursuant to Section 172 (5) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 242 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 82 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2020 Coll., ("the Act '):
Decree No. 220 / 2007 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the School Act, as amended by Decree No. 425 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 278 / 2012 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 23, including the title, reads:
Admission procedure for secondary education
(K § 64 of the Act)
For details of the admission procedure for secondary school education, the provisions of the order on the admission procedure for secondary education and training in the Conservatory shall apply mutatis mutandis. ';
2. Sections 24 to 26 are deleted, including the headings.
3. In Section 40, the words "except for the provisions of Sections 23 (1) (a), (b) and (f), paragraphs 2 and 3, 24 (1) and 25 (2) 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
