ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 30 October 2020
concerning the prolongation of the emergency in connection with the SARS CoV-2 epidemic
Government
I. pursuant to Article 6 (2) of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the safety of the Czech Republic, until 20 November 2020, the emergency situation declared by the Government Resolution of 30 September 2020 No 957 on the declaration of an emergency state for the territory of the Czech Republic due to a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / known as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic for a period of 00: 00 hours on 5 October 2020 for a period of 30 days, which was published under No 391 / 2020 Coll., subject to the consent of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic granted by its Resolution of 30 October 2020 No 1326;
II. Provides that all measures taken on grounds of emergency which are in force on the date of adoption of this Government Resolution remain in force to the extent that they are taken;
III. Instructs the Prime Minister to inform the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic without delay.
