GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 September 2002
setting the general assessment basis for the year 2001 for pension insurance purposes and adjusting the amounts for the calculation basis
The Government orders pursuant to Sections 17 (2) and 107 (2) of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 353 / 2001 Coll.:
The general assessment basis for 2001 amounts to CZK 14 640.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis set out in Section 15 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Government Decree No. 346 / 2001 Coll. are increased as follows:
(a) amounts of CZK 7,100 are increased to CZK 7,400,
b) The amount of CZK 16800 is increased to CZK 17900.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2003.
