GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 October 2025
on the amount of contributions under the Housing Promotion Act
The Government orders pursuant to Sections 76 (1) and 77 (1) of Act No. 175 / 2025 Coll., on the provision of certain housing promotion measures (Housing Promotion Act):
Amount of contributions
(1) The amount of the management allowance is for the administrative districts of the municipalities with extended scope and for the territory of the capital city of Prague
(a) 17 000 CZK per year where, on the date of the decision granting the contribution, the applicant provides support for less than 51 flats; and
(b) CZK 13,000 per year where, on the date of the decision granting the contribution, the applicant provides support measures in respect of 51 or more apartments.
(2) The amount of the grant for the provision of housing with liability and the grant for the provision of sublet housing is:
a) 42 000 CZK per year for the territory of the capital city of Prague and for the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Brno and
b) 36 000 CZK per year for administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope except Brno.
(3) The amount of the allowance for the provision of supported municipal housing is:
a) 54 000 CZK per year for the territory of the capital city of Prague and for the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Brno and
b) 48 000 CZK per year for administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope except Brno.
(4) The amount of the assistance allowance is CZK 89 000 per year.
Increase in the management contribution
If the management allowance is granted for the first time in respect of a specific apartment and the owner of the apartment, it shall be increased by:
a) CZK 20,000 for the territory of the capital city of Prague and for the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Brno and
b) CZK 13,000 for administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope except Brno.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
