on the increase of state contributions pursuant to Act No. 359 / 1999 Coll., on Social Law Protection of Children, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 58b (1) of Act No. 359 / 1999 Coll., on the Social Protection of Children, as amended by Act No. 401 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 363 / 2021 Coll., ("the Act '):
State aid to child establishment operators requiring immediate assistance
The amount of the state contribution for the institution for children requiring immediate assistance under Section 42g (3) (a) of the Act is CZK 43,560 per calendar month for each child.
State contribution to foster care
The amount of the state contribution for the performance of foster care according to § 47d (2) (a) of the Act is CZK 59 400 per calendar year.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
