on the issue of a price decision
In accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, the Energy Regulatory Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued price decisions No 7 / 2013 of 12 December 2013 amending price decisions No 3 / 2013 of 27 November 2013 on regulated gas supply prices.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 7 / 2013 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 12 December 2013, amounting to 10. The price decision became valid on that date. The Commission therefore concludes that the measures in question constitute State aid within the meaning of Article 107 (1) of the Treaty.
