Communication from the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the abolition of the mandate of the Czech standardisation institute, contribution organization, by ensuring the creation and publication of Czech technical standards

COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Industry and Trade
The Ministry of Industry and Trade, pursuant to Article 5 (5) of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on the Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended, (hereinafter referred to as "the Act '), announces that the Minister of Industry and Trade, by Decision No 50 / 2008 of 18 March 2008, has repealed the Czech Standardisation Institute, a contribution organisation, and in the context of this, Decision No 203 / 1997 of 31 December 2008, which entrusted the Czech Standardisation Institute with the provision of Czech technical standards.
The creation and publication of Czech technical standards will be provided by the Office for Technical Standardisation, Metrology and State Testing in accordance with Section 5 (6) of the Act with effect from 1 January 2009.
