DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 1 December 2000
on donation vouchers for providing donations to political parties and political movements
According to Article 17a (6) of Act No. 424 / 1991 Coll., on association in political parties and political movements, as amended by Act No. 340 / 2000 Coll.:
The donation order for providing donations to political parties and political movements consists of 3 parts. The models of these parts are set out in the Annex.
(1) The gift voucher has the shape of a rectangle with outer dimensions of 630 x 297 mm inside divided by vertical perforation into 3 equal parts.
(2) The front side of the gift voucher consists of 4 colours, the back side of the gift voucher is free of printing.
(3) Each part of the gift voucher contains the same six-digit number.
The gift voucher is printed on paper weighing 100 g / m2 with a 50% cotton content.
To protect against counterfeiting, the gift voucher contains protective features, which are price paper with continuous watermark in the form of a tripede, a protective underprint grid, a guilloche frame and a smooth transition of one color in the other.
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2001.
