GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 December 2022
on the increase of parental costs for the child care service in the child group pursuant to Act No. 247 / 2014 Coll., on the provision of the child care service in the child group and on the amendment of related laws, as amended
The Government hereby orders pursuant to § 6 (1) of Act No. 247 / 2014 Coll., on the provision of a child care service in a child group, as amended by Act No. 329 / 2021 Coll.:
Maximum amount of reimbursement
The maximum amount of parental costs for the child care service in the children's group per calendar month is CZK 4,720.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
