GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 1 December 2008
repealing Government Regulation No 179 / 2004 Coll., laying down technical requirements for veterinary technical devices
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 179 / 2004 Coll., laying down technical requirements for veterinary technical devices, is repealed (1).
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2009.

1) Directive 2008 / 13 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008 repealing Council Directive 84 / 539 / EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to medical electrical equipment used in veterinary medicine.
