GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 November 2001
amending Government Regulation No 333 / 1993 Coll., laying down minimum wage charges and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and working at night, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 14 (2) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings, as amended by Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll.:
In Decree No. 333 / 1993 Coll., on the establishment of minimum wage rates and wage advantages for work in a difficult and healthy working environment and for work at night, as amended by Decree No. 308 / 1995 Coll., Decree No. 356 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 318 / 1998 Coll., Decree No. 132 / 1999 Coll., Decree No. 312 / 1999 Coll., Decree No. 163 / 2000 Coll. and Decree No. 430 / 2000 Coll., § 2, paragraph 1 read:
"(1) The minimum wage rates, graded up to 12 rates at a fixed weekly working time, shall be 40 hours:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2002.
