amending Decree No. 349 / 2000 of the Ministry of the Interior Coll., on determining the seats and administrative districts of the entrusted municipal authorities
According to § 153 (2) for the implementation of § 64 of Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on municipalities (municipal establishment):
Decree No. 349 / 2000 Coll., on the determination of the seats and administrative districts of entrusted municipal authorities, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (6) (d), the word "Sytno" shall be inserted after the word "Svojšín."
2. in Article 11 (1) (a), the word "Grasshopper over Vidnavka" shall be inserted after the word "Black Water, Javorník."
3. In Article 11 (3) (b), the words "Pavlovice u Kojetín 'shall be inserted after the words" Zemyslice'.
4. in Article 12 (1) (a), the words "Leskovec pod Moravicí" shall be replaced by the words "Leskovec nad Moravicí."
5. In Article 12 (2) (c), the word "Sandy 'shall be inserted after the word" Naval'.
6. In Article 13 (1) (f), the word "Šelešovice 'is inserted after the word" Sulimov'.
7. in Article 13 (4) (e), the words "Bohuslavice nad Vlaří" shall be inserted after the words "municipalities."
8. in Article 13 (4) (h), the words "Lukovec, Ostrava" shall be inserted after the words "Lukov."
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2001.
