repealing Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 100 / 1993 Coll., on the order of the on-call period of judges of the county and county courts, on the waiting period and on the order of the on-call period of the staff of the professional apparatus of the county and county courts, as amended by Act No. 138 / 1996 Coll.
The Ministry of Justice provides, pursuant to Article 95 (2) of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll. and Act No. 3 / 1991 Coll., and pursuant to § 11 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 358 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 285 / 1993 Coll.:
Decree No. 100 / 1993 Coll., on the ordering of the on-call of judges of county and county courts, of judicial candidates and on the ordering of the on-call of staff of the professional apparatus of county and county courts, as amended by Act No. 138 / 1996 Coll., is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2001.
