GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 October 2025
on the determination of certain exclusive bearing of building stone of strategic importance
The Government orders pursuant to § 6a (2) of Act No. 44 / 1988 Coll., on the Protection and Use of Mineral Wealth (Mining Act), as amended by Act No. 465 / 2023 Coll.:
Subject matter
This regulation provides for some exclusive bearing of building stone bearings of strategic importance.
Determination of bearings of strategic importance
The bearing of strategic importance shall be:
(a) in the South Bohemia Region
1. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Plešovice-Holubov and the number 3048200,
2. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Albrechtice nad Vltavou and the number 3033800;
(b) in the South Moravian Region
1. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Opatovice-20 and the number 3036000,
2. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Olbramovice and the number 3061100,
3. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Dolní Kounice and the number 3035600,
4. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Lhota Rapotina and the number 3031000;
(c) in the Karlovy Vary Region
1. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Horní Tašovice and the number 3047600,
2. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks under Section 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Libá and the number 3019000,
(d) in the Králové Hradec Region, the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks under the name Masty and the number 3023000,
(e) in the Liberec Region
1. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of the mineral reserves referred to in Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Koštálové-Stružinec and the number 3217300,
2. exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Luhov-Brništět-Tlustec and the number 3018600,
(f) in the Olomouc Region, the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves under Paragraph 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the title Srtej nad Ludinou-Okrocarbon and the number 3209200;
(g) in the Pardubice Region
1. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Bystřec and the number 3066900,
2. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Paragraph 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Vrbatova Kostelek- Zárubka and the number 3095900,
3. exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Žumberk- Vížky and the number 3067900,
4. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Litice nad Orlicí-Chlum and the number 3023401,
h) in the Pilsen Region
1. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Svrčečec and the number 3025600;
2. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Přestovice-Černý Hjej and the number 3020800,
3. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Trnčín-Chlumska- Krušec and the number 3070000,
(i) in the Central Bohemian Region
1. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Horní Borek- Milicín 2 and the number 3193200,
2. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Klecany- Husinec and the number 3021600,
3. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name of Lešany and the number 3026400,
4. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to § 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Mrach and the number 3026600,
(j) in the Ústí Region
1. the exclusive bearing of critical reserved minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Libouchec-Chvojno and the number 3094000,
2. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Branny- Red Hill and the number 3209300,
3. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Metrunice and the number 3020100,
4. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name of the All-Hits and the number 3019900,
k) in Vysočina Region
1. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Kosov u Jihlava and the number 3029600,
2. exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to § 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Nová Ves u Hřmanova-Bohanov and the number 3203100.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 November 2025.
