DECLARATION
of 16 December 2022
amending Decree No. 48 / 2005 Coll., on basic education and certain formalities for compulsory education, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides pursuant to § 56 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 82 / 2015 Coll.:
In Section 3a of Decree No. 48 / 2005 Coll., on basic education and certain formalities for compulsory education, as amended by Decree No. 197 / 2016 Coll., paragraph 8 is added:
"(8) A school which is not set up by the State, the county, the municipality or the association of municipalities may, in the criteria for the admission of pupils, provide for a requirement for the child to be present at the registration. Paragraphs 3 to 5 shall not apply to a school not established by the State, region, municipality or association of municipalities. ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
