GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 October 2025
on the determination of certain exclusive bearings of gravel bearing of strategic importance
The Government orders pursuant to § 6a (2) of Act No. 44 / 1988 Coll., on the Protection and Use of Mineral Wealth (Mining Act), as amended by Act No. 465 / 2023 Coll.:
Subject matter
This regulation sets out some exclusive bearings of gravel bearing of strategic importance.
Determination of bearings of strategic importance
The bearing of strategic importance shall be:
(a) in the Hradec Králové Region, the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks under the name of Smiřice and the number 3046800,
(b) in the Moravian-Silesian Region, the exclusive bearing of critical minerals carried out on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Kravaří-Kouty and the number 3012500;
(c) in the Olomouc Region
1. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Tovachev 4 and the number 3008500,
2. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to § 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Unčovice-Poklo and the number 3007900,
3. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Žerotín-Liboš and the number 3216800,
(d) in the Pardubice Region, the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks under the name Čeperka-Podolšany and the number 3205810,
(e) in the Pilsen Region, the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves under Paragraph 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Petrovice nad Úhlavu and the number 3016000;
(f) in the Central Bohemian Region
1. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks under Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Ledčice and the number 3002300;
2. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Nové Ouholice and the number 3216500,
3. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Horní Bousov and the number 3003700,
(g) on the territory of the City of Prague
1. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Lahovice and the number 3006700,
2. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Lahovice I. and the number 3006800,
(h) in the Ústí Region
1. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks under Paragraph 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Lukavec and the number 3163501;
2. Exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Straškov and the number 3097002,
3. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to § 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Cítov 2-Kostomláty pod Řípe and the number 3158300,
(i) in the Zlín Region
1. exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral stocks pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Nedakonice- Polesovice and the number 3011900,
2. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals held on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name Kvasice 2 and the number 3011800,
3. the exclusive bearing of critical minerals carried out on 1 January 2025 in the balance sheet of mineral reserves pursuant to Article 29 (4) (d) of the Mining Act under the name of Plešovec- Chropyne and the number 3008600.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 November 2025.
