laying down a model form for the notification of business in the field of postal services
The Czech Telecommunications Authority provides pursuant to § 41 of Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., on Postal Services and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Postal Services), as amended by Act No. 221 / 2012 Coll., for the implementation of § 18 paragraph 1 of the Postal Services Act:
The model form for the notification of business in the field of postal services is set out in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
