amending Decree No. 525 / 2005 Coll., on the certification of the security of cryptographic protection of classified information
According to § 53 (a), (b), (c), (d), (g), (h) and (j) of Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., on the protection of classified information and on the security competence:
Decree No 525 / 2005 Coll., on the certification of the security of cryptographic protection of classified information, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2, the following point (f) is inserted after point (e), including footnote 3:
"(f) the designation of the cryptographic workplace category according to the Cryptographic Protection Regulation (3);
3) § 36 of Decree No. 432 / 2011 Coll., on the provision of cryptographic protection of classified information. '.
Point (f) shall be renumbered as point (g).
2. In Paragraph 10 (2), the words "as specified in the cryptographic workplace category 'shall be added at the end of the text in point (c).
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
