On 12 August 2008, the Constitutional Court decided on 12 August 2008 in plenary, composed of the President of the Court of Pavel Rychetský and the Judges of František Duchony, Vlasta Formánková, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Janů, Vladimir Krorka, Dagmar Lastovecký, Jiří Muchy, Jiří Nykodemí, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of Interior to repeal the provisions of Article 1 (1) and (2), Article 2 (1), Article 3 (1), Article 3 (b), (b), (c), (d) and Article 4 of the Ordinary Decree of the City of Krupka No 12 / 2004 on the public order of Public Procurement for the participation of the Minister of the Minister of Interior,
as follows:
I. Article 1 (1) and (2), Article 3 (2) (b) and (c) and (3) (a), (c) in the words "and in the town cemetery" and (d) and Article 4 (2) of the Krupka Ordinance No 12 / 2004 on the safeguarding of local public order matters in public spaces shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
II. The remainder is rejected.
