DECLARATION
of 3 December 2003
amending Decree No. 451 / 2000 Coll., implementing Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed, as amended by Act No. 244 / 2000 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Article 4 (12) of Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed, as amended by Act No. 244 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No. 451 / 2000 Coll., implementing Act No. 91 / 1996 Coll., on Feed, as amended by Act No. 244 / 2000 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 343 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 472 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 169 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 544 / 2002 Coll. and Decree No. 284 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Annex No 14, parts C 1 and C 2, the words "valid until 31.12.2003" shall be replaced by the words "valid until 17.10.2004";
2. In Annex No 14, Part C 4, the group "G / 1 Microorganisms and silage-only enzymes', for order numbers 1 to 37 and 48 in column 6, the words" authorised until 31.12.2003 'are replaced by the words "authorised until 31.12.2004'.
3. In Annex No 14, Part C 4, the group "I. Trace elements" in order numbers 2 to 4 in column 6, the words "allowed until 31.12.2003" are replaced by the words "allowed until 17.10.2004."
4. In Annex No 14, Part C 4, the group "O. Microorganisms" shall be replaced by "allowed until 1.4.2004" in order No 7 EU No 11, Order No 11 EU No 17 and Order No 12 EU No 18 in column 7.
5. In Annex No 14, Part C 4, the group "O. Microorganisms', for order No 9, EU No 15 and order No 10, EU No 16, in column 7, the words" allowed until 6.1.2004 'are replaced by "authorised until 17.10.2004'.
6. In Annex No 14, Part C 4, the group "O. Microorganisms" for order No 21 in column 7, the words "allowed until 31.12.2003" shall be replaced by "authorised until 17.10.2004."
7. In Annex No 14, Part C 4, the group "P. Enzymes', for order No 3 EU No 43, order No 4 EU No 44, order No 5 EU No 45, order No 6 EU No 47 and order No 35 EU No 46, in column 7, the words" allowed until 6.1.2004 'are replaced by "authorised until 17.10.2004'.
8. In Annex No 14, Part C 4, the group "P. Enzymes' for order No 7 EU No 48, order No 11 EU No 4, order No 13 EU No 7, order No 14 EU No 8, order No 17 EU No 13 and order No 37 EU No 9 in column 7, the words" allowed until 1.4.2004 'are replaced by the words "allowed until 17.10.2004'.
9. In Annex No 14, Part C 4, the group "P. Enzymes', for order No 51 EU No 1, in column 7, the words" allowed until 14.12.2003 'are replaced by "authorised until 17.10.2004'.
10. In Annex No 14, Part C 4, the group "P. Enzymes', for order No 62 to 64 in column 7, the words" allowed until 31.12.2003 'are replaced by the words "authorised until 17.10.2004'.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 December 2003.
