amending Decree of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic No. 308 / 1990 Coll., implementing Act No. 181 / 1990 Coll., on the abolition of the College of the National Security Corps
The Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 2 of Act No. 181 / 1990 Coll., on the abolition of the College of the National Security Corps:
The Decree of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic No. 308 / 1990 Coll., implementing Act No. 181 / 1990 Coll., on the abolition of the College of the National Security College, is hereby amended as follows:
Paragraph 1 (2) is deleted; paragraph 3 is renumbered paragraph 2 and the words "according to previous provisions' are deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
