DECLARATION
of 21 October 2025
on the reimbursement of expenditure by the Chamber of Veterinary Doctors of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Article 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 18 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 279 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 246 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 139 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 70 / 2025 Coll., Act No. 264 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 302 / 2017 Coll.
Subject matter
This decree sets out the amount of compensation for the final expenditure related to the acquisition, management, operation, development and administration of the central registration information system, the one-off reimbursement of the final expenditure for establishing remote and continuous access to data from the central registration information system and the flat-rate annual reimbursement of the final expenditure for the provision of data from the central registration information system belonging to the Chamber.
(1) The reimbursement of the final expenses associated with the acquisition of the central registration information system shall not exceed CZK 8 100 000.
(2) The reimbursement of the final expenses associated with the management, operation, development and management of the central registration information system is CZK 1 200 000 per year.
One-off reimbursement of final expenses for establishing remote and continuous access to data from the central registration information system shall not exceed CZK 500,000.
The flat-rate annual reimbursement of final expenses for the provision of data from the central registration information system shall not exceed:
(a) CZK 1,800,000 for the first year of operation of the central registration information system;
(b) CZK 1 700 000 for the second year of operation of the central registration information system;
(c) CZK 1,300,000 for the third and every subsequent year of operation of the central registration information system.
Transitional provision
The compensation provided for in Article 2 (1) shall also cover expenditure incurred before the date of entry into force of this Order.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2025.
