on the binding nature of a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the collective agreement of the higher degree concluded on 23 December 2004 between the higher trade union, the trade union Construction of the Czech Republic and the trade union of transport workers, the road economy and the auto-repair industry of Bohemia and Moravia and the employers' organization, the Association of construction entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic, is binding on other employers with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication, with a dominant activity in the sector code Sectoral classification of economic activities 14.1, 14.2, 25.23, 26.26, 26.3, 26.4, 26.5, 26.6, 26.7, 26.7, 26.82, 26.45.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree, whose commitment has been extended to other employers, can be found at the Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
