Pursuant to Articles 123 (2) and 116 (3) of the Labour Code in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Czech Republic and the Czech Committee of the Trade Union of Arts, Culture and Social Organisations issued a decree of 18 May 1990 No 6 414 / 90-3 on the adjustment of the duration in which overtime may be granted to workers in organisations managed by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic and in organisations of the cultural sectors managed by national committees.
The proceeds take effect on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws. It can be consulted at the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic.
