amending Decree No. 6 / 1991 of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic No. 6 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of the state nature reserves of Borek at Velhartic, Four Bears, Králický Snežník, Rejviz, In Pešelins and their protection zones and on the establishment of the state natural reserves of the Buková hill, Holina, Fajmanova rocks and Klenky rocks, Chynín beks, Kokšín beech, Lopata, Míšovská beka, Lipa, Trímanské skách, Hábor, Pradid, Suchý vrich and Jelí bučina, and Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of the Czech Socialist Republic of the Czech Socialist Republic of 29 November 1988 and repealing the Decree of the Ministry of Education and Education and Education and Education Decree of 6 November 1946 No.
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 90 (11) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll.:
Decree No. 6 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of the state nature reserves of the Borek near Velhartic, Four Cages, Kralický Snežník, Rejviz, In the peat and their protection zones and on the establishment of the state natural reserves of the Buká hill, Holina, Fajman rocks and Klenky, Chynín beech, Kokšín beech, Lopata, Míšovska beks, Lipa, Tríman rocks, Habrev, Hábor Mountain, Pradad, Dry Hill and Deer beech, is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the decree, the words "Fajman rocks and Klenky, Chynin beech 'and the words" Misha beech' are deleted.
2. In Article 1 (1), the words "Fajman rocks and Klenky ', the words" Chynin beech' and the words "Misha beech 'are deleted.
3. in Article 1 (3), points (h), (i) and (l) are deleted;
Points (j) and (k) shall be renumbered (h) and (i) and points (m) to (t) shall be renumbered (j) to (p).
4. Annexes 8, 9 and 12 are deleted;
Annexes 10 and 11 to date shall become Annexes 8 and 9, Annexes 13 to 19 shall become Annexes 10 to 16.
The proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 29 November 1988 No 14.200 / 88-SOOP on the declaration of certain territories in the Czech Socialist Republic as protected, notified in the amount 49 / 1988 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (5), the words "SPR Lipovka," are deleted.
2. In Annex II, the entry "SPR 'Lipovka," K. Karané in Praha- east district; MŠO Decree No B-200.716 / 46-III / 1 of 6.11.1946' is deleted.
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Ministry of Education and Education of 6 November 1946 No. B-200.716-III / 1 on the establishment of the forest reservation "Lipovka" pp K. No. 869 / 13 k. Karaný.
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 6 October 1975 No. 16 235 / 75 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Holý hill," the cadastral territory of Buchlovice, the district of Uherské Hradiště, the county of Jihomoravský, announced in the amount of 28 / 1975 Coll.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
